WELCOME TO
Our electricians cover Bognor Regis and the rest of West Sussex 24 hours a day, including weekends and bank holidays. Every callout begins with a visual inspection and proper circuit testing, so the cause is found rather than guessed at.
Most callouts here begin with a dead socket circuit on an outside wall. Rather than swapping parts and hoping, we test circuit by circuit until the cause is isolated, then explain what we have found before doing the work.
Typical jobs across Bognor Regis run from power loss and tripping and RCD tripping through to fuse box repairs, and where a board is beyond economic repair we can quote for consumer unit replacement.
Where a repair is a temporary measure rather than a fix, we say so plainly and set out what a permanent solution would involve.
We will fault find and resolve the issue if it can be resolved on the spot. With 25 years experience in fault finding we believe there isn't an issue which we can't solve. Some issues may need a revisit due to the deterioration of the cabling, and where that happens we will always explain your options clearly before any further work begins.

FAQ'S
All of our services are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee and delivered by our qualified electricians.
No. There is no call-out charge and our rates are the same evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The price is agreed with you before any work starts.
Yes. If you have a specific problem we test that circuit and report on it. A full EICR safety certificates is a separate, more thorough piece of work and we will tell you if it is the better option.
Often it is. Homes without gas run heaters and immersions on an off-peak circuit, and when a timeswitch, contactor or the off-peak supply fails the heaters look broken when they are not. Worth testing the circuit before replacing anything.
No. Where we have had to lift a board, cut a chase or open a ceiling, we make good as far as the electrical work allows and clear up before we leave.
Yes. If the supply into the property is sound then the fault is inside the installation, and that is exactly what electrical fault finding is for. We establish which side of the cut-out the problem sits on.
Two things drive the callouts we get from Bognor Regis. The first is salt-laden air, which works into outdoor accessories, glands and metal enclosures. The second is simply time: cable, accessories and boards all have a service life, and a great deal of what is still in use is past it.
Together they produce a dead socket circuit on an outside wall. It is rarely mysterious once the circuits are tested.
We make safe, test, explain and repair, in that order, at any hour of the day or night.
…and if we can resolve and fix or (identify the issue if the circuit needs rewiring). The cost ends there.
We have structured our pricing in 4 easy categories, so the customer and ourselves understand the costs involved.

BOGNOR REGIS
Bognor Regis is a seaside town with a large stock of flats, bungalows and holiday accommodation, and that shapes the electrical work here more than anything else. Salt-laden air, which works into outdoor accessories, glands and metal enclosures is the factor that shapes most of the emergency work we are called out for.
The housing runs to retirement flats on electric heating, seafront flats and large houses divided into flats and inter-war semis and bungalows set back from the front, and each was wired to the standards of its day. Additions made since, from extensions to garden supplies, are often where the weak point turns out to be.
Tenure matters as much as age. Bognor Regis has its share of rented and leasehold property, and in those the fault can sit either in your own consumer unit or in a landlord circuit, so the first job is often working out which side of the line it is on.
The result is predictable enough: a dead socket circuit on an outside wall. Testing turns that from a guess into a known circuit and a known cause.
Landlords have a further duty: in England a rented home needs an EICR at least every five years and before a new tenancy. All work is tested to BS 7671.
Businesses get the same cover as households, including out-of-hours attendance so a fault does not cost a day of trading.
We also cover Felpham, Middleton-on-Sea and Pagham.
